Please note our Ticket System will be down for maintenance on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 from 9:00 - 9:30 am (PT)

During this time, you will be unable to log in and view previously submitted tickets or submit new ones.

After the upgrade, you will not notice any changes to the interface or how you use the system.

You can still send us emails during the outage (if you choose):

• gradap@sfu.ca: admissions questions (prospective or new/incoming graduate students)
• grad_reg@sfu.ca: records/registration questions (current graduate students)
• gradawards@sfu.ca: scholarships & awards
• gradstdy@sfu.ca: generic questions
